When a parent creates an account, we collect:

• Parent's name
• Child profile names (first name only, chosen by the parent)
• Child age range (for exercise recommendations)

2.2 Exercise and Activity Data

We collect data about exercise sessions, including:

• Exercise type performed (burpees)
• Rep counts completed
• Form quality scores
• Session duration
• RepBucks earned and redeemed

We may collect basic device information including device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide the core RepBucks experience (tracking exercises and screen time)
• Enable the parent dashboard and notifications
• Power leaderboards and challenges (using first names only)
• Improve the app and fix bugs
• Send important account and service updates

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, push notifications), bound by strict data processing agreements.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

RepBucks takes children's privacy seriously:

• All child accounts are created and managed by a verified parent or guardian.
• We collect only the minimum information necessary (first name and age range).
• Children's profiles never include last names, photos, or contact information.
• Leaderboards display first names only.
• No video or camera data is ever stored or transmitted.
• Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time.
• We do not display advertising to children.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and exercise data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at evan.l.stair@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete all personal data within 30 days.

8. Parental Rights

Parents and guardians have the right to:

• Review all data collected about their children
• Request modification or deletion of their child's data
• Withdraw consent for data collection
• Delete the entire family account

9. Third-Party Services

RepBucks may use the following third-party services:

• Apple HealthKit: With your permission, RepBucks can sync exercise data to Apple Health. This data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Push Notification Services: Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) for delivering notifications to parents.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
